As we have good response on Facebook as well, we may have a bigger group. The first there will be the first to read. If we have a big enough group, we will limit comment time.

What we're about
Welcome to the Southeast Michigan Poetry Meetup. We are a warm, open, engaging group of people who love the words, rhythms and ideas of poetry, and work to offer each other perspective, encouragement, ideas and thoughtful discussion of our work. Poets of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Meeting locations are as central geographically to all of metro Detroit as possible. Please bring an original, unpublished poem for discussion, or come visit the meeting and see what we're all about.
