 The Michigan Humanities Council is always astounded at the number and quality of grant applications it receives from your communities. We wish we were able to fund them all but often deplete our funds before all the requests are met.

The museum has also presented a photo exhibit exploring the workforce of Presque Isle County. The exhibit will only be on display until Oct. 29 in Rogers City, so take a drive to see the fall colors and stop by the shore city. Next, the exhibit will be on display inDowagiac from Nov. 6 – Dec. 14 and still four more cities after that!
 | |   On Wednesday, Oct. 10 the Michigan Humanities Council invites you to its FREE 2012 Arts & Humanities Touring Directory Showcase – PerformFest!
This all-day event will feature performances and exhibitions by members of Michigan's2012-15 Arts & Humanities Touring Directory, a joint project of the Humanities Council and Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs.
