Be a Literacy Hero!

Would you like to volunteer your time to share books with children in various venues around Holland like the Holland Rescue Mission? Literacy Heroes help young readers with reading comprehension, instill a love of books and reading, give one-on-one attention to children who often don't get much attention, and help develop the youth of our community.  To register for the training please contact Eileen Jenkins in the main library children's department at 616-355-3729 or e-mail your registration to holej@herrickdl.org.
