Unstuck in Time: A Journey through Kurt Vonnegut's Life & Novels

High School Book Club

Join us as this popular author and presenter discusses his thoughtful portrayal of one of America's literary icons. Sumner's book, part biography and part literary criticism, also examines why we are so drawn to Vonnegut and his novels. Sumner is a professor of 20th Century American History at the University of Detroit-Mercy. Books will be available for purchase and signing from Book Beat.

Drop in and play our Xbox with Kinect and Wii. Feel free to bring along your games to play with your friends. Remember to label your own equipment. Don't feel like playing video games? We'll also have a movie playing on the big screen. Bring along a friend or two!
